Beaux, as one who has gone through chemo twice, just keep experimenting and make sure he knows you are interested. That can be enormously reassuring.

Well...lol...that was what I thought too, but apparently (according to my husband) me showing interest in sex makes him feel "pressured"... 😕 So now I am just trying to give him time.
He DOES show interest, and we have TRIED...it just doesn't seem to work out. ☹️
I don't want to go into TOO much detail, but we start out pretty good and one of two things seem to happen: either he gets too excited and finishes before we can start, or we do get started and the equipments loses pressure...
I DO appreciate the encouragement though! Even discussing the situation drives him to distraction, so I don't really have anyone to discuss it with.

I'm not in a marriage of convenience. I love my husband and always have. I'm not thrilled that, after he finished Chemo Thearpy, he lost his sex drive (and GOD KNOWS we have had other problems) but I meant every single word I said when we got married--including that whole "For Better or Worse, In Sickness and Health" thing...

First off, there is nothing to be sorry about, so no need to apologize!
I am, in NO way, satisfied with the current state of my marriage, so you got that part right, but that still isn't reason enough (IMO) to end the marriage.
While it is true that I often find myself fighting the urge to throttle my husband, sadly I still love him on some level...
What can you do? Love is cruel.
