That's true. The bulge, etc threads are mostly about sexual attractiveness and arousal. I think the content in them is also art, but I agree that they're an opportunity to discuss sexual attractiveness and they do produce sexual arousal. The fact that the men are clothed and/or don't show actual naked cock, doesn't mean it's not about sexual arousal.
There's nothing wrong with the fact that it's about sexual arousal, in the first place.

Too many comments for me to look through, but I say no for this main reason: a 16 year old can get great advice about any and all things from an adult. I did not have much experience, but even then maybe I'd be able to offer some advice, and I'm sure there are many members here who have had a lot of experiences that'd be helpful to younger people.

Would it make the forum more active?
Probably not. The one thing that lacks in our community here is there are no real active female members in the forum, so if we were to make it more active, something would have to be done to make females feel more welcomed and more inclined to be active in the forums.
Adults Only in my mind would only serve to alienate female members.

It really doesn't matter what their sexuality or gender identity is, it would just be nice to have more females.
I really don't think there is any real solution, but alienating women is a predominantly male forum is alienating enough without adding an AO section that I feel not only would women have no interest, but could also feel intimidate by.
I mother seeking advice about a child for example may balk at adults only...and in my honest opinion, I think they already do with some of the male dominate body threads.
I'm not saying they are bad, I don't participate in them for my own personal reasons, I am saying they could deter ladies.

I like gayspeak being a discussion forum rather than focusing more on adult content.
I remember my first time here was to seek for opinion on a difficult situation (hence my user name...it was just that random).
I remember I feel so relieved when I clicked in and didn't see any pop-up nude guys or butts or dicks pumping around but just a clean, normal looking forum with many helpful people. It let me knows that there are gay people out there who are not just horny 24-hours a day. ( which was my impression impression at that time, thanks to other sex-oriented gay sites)
Yea we do have threads like stud of the day but it's still different from actual dicks, butts, or fisting etc pics or even gifs or videos... For me there is a line between them. In fact, when I click in Stud of the Day's kind of threads, I really appreciate the male bodies in an aesthetic perspective without the intention to get off... I'd go to other places for that kind of needs.
