best gay friend acting weird

My best friend have been acting weird and it annoyed me a lot!
not only we are friends, but we share the same house so normally we are just cool together
but since he became in a relationship, he has been hiding his boyfriend from me!
litterly locking the door on them so I can't even see his boyfriend from a distance!
and I have no idea why would he act this shitty way!
I'm not interrested on him or on his boyfriend, if fear of getting in between them is what made him do stuff like this!
I really reached the point where I should grab my things and leave the house
