What method works best for the first time How is it most easily maintained, and how often does one need to clean things up to remain hairless?
Visually? 3 days.
To the touch? Every day.
WDU think about shaved/removed body hair?

Hairless (for people that need to do maintenance to get there) is a LOT of maintenance. Like, daily maintenance, from what I understand.
I've personally been fortunate that I don't have a lot of body hair. Genitals and armpits aside, most of it is very fine and unnoticeable, and I grow so little facial hair that instead of shaving I simply pluck the few hairs that show up as they come in. That said? I wouldn't shave my groin area or my armpits. Primarily because you have to go through a "stubble" phase at some point and that sounds uncomfortable, itchy, and even painful. I DO trim though, to keep the hair short and neat. I use a Philips Norelco Bodygroomer. It's spectacular. If you are -determined- to go completely bare, I suggest waxing. I've tried it. It hurts like a motherfucker, but it lasts a long time. If I needed to go bare and had a lot of body hair, I'd go with waxing simply for the less-maintenance factor.

I too have one of those bodygroomer trimmers amd I find it works pretty well when I have ever used it b4. I may try waxing in the future, who knows where I'll end up in the future

On the personal side, trimming is nice, don;t want to embark on a brush pile but completely shaven, not much my thing... I guess when I feel it is appropriate...yes there are guys who are still hot being shaven but in my case, need a bit a of hair to cover up...just not king kong in a headlock level if you know what I mean.... I mean if it is this... Fucking trim already...

You could also look into sugaring as an alternative to waxing.

A bit of chest fuzz is nice but I do love the feel of a smooth leg.... dilemma.
I'd like to try being smooth just once. But tragically I was born with a neurological condition that stops me from shaving completely. It's called being lazy.

It depends from case to case. I'm not a huge fan of hair anyway.
My opinion is, if you're a stud you're a stud even with or without hair, but if you're a common person it's better if you trim or at least 'control' an overgrowth of hair. I find it a more cleaner behavior, I feel very fresh and tidy when I make a shower after a grooming session. I'm not very hairy and I also don't like my curly hair, so I use to shave my torso almost every week and every now and again even my legs (cause trimming legs hair seems difficult to me). Oh and I also trim my armpits hair cause I don't like to have long hair but also I feel a very weird and uncomfortable sensation with completely shaved armpits, even if I don't dislike it aesthetically. Today I use an electric hair removal machine (or the name is just...a razor? XD) which is kinda fast to use, and it also doesn't hurt my skin like a traditional razor or a body hair removal cream, which I both tried and used to do in the past.

Cuddly Wrote:Visually? 3 days. Cuddly is right, as long as you're not deadf, your hair will keep on growing. By the way it's an urban myth that your hair continues to grow after you die. What happens is that the skin's moisture evaporates and the skin recedes leaving the hair follicle more exposed and giving the impression of extra hair length.

Piri Wrote:I like my men hairy, they're manly and hot; I generally do not find shaved men attractive at all. As for me I try to avoid shaving because I'm super lazy and I don't give a shit, but apparently men want me smooth and clean so I have to remove all of my hair when I date/hook up with someone, only leaving the beard and pubic hair. For my torso, butt, legs and arms I use an epilator machine like this one: Oh alright Piri, thanks for the advice. Is there a "men's model" or am I stuck with a pink one most likely? Should I trim the hair back before going at my leg with the epilator? Pictures included on page 1... I understand that there are areas where a razor will be necessary. Would be bad to try to epilate the balls... (OUCH!) I was looking at them online and was curious if you had a specific model that you use? Are a bunch of different ones and I'mean not sure how much I want to spend on one..?

Camfer what exactly is "Sugaring," have hear d of it, but research into it leads nowhere in my past experience...
