The "Reunion Scene" in Brokeback Mountain.
After Jack & Ennis fall for each other over their summer working together on the mountain, they separate and go on with their individual lives, marrying women.  They reunite four years later.

This is one of my favorites but it's not from a movie, it's from one of two TV shows. I don't remember exactly whhether it's from "The Flash" or from "Supergirl", cuz I have my own system of arranging episodes when it comes to crossovers. This particular crossover is called "Crisis on Earth-X" and it spans through a few episodes in both TV shows. The reason it's my favorite is Melissa Benoist's angelic voice. If it wasn't for her, there's no force on the planet that could make me listen to such a music.
