So””I was trying to get this on Amazon's questions, comments, concerns, and/or suggestions but I couldn't find a place to put my entry anywhere so I've decided to discuss it here on GS in which I'd like to think nobody minds.
About 3 to 6 months ago I bought the movie Kung Pow Enter the Fist and it came scratched unfortunately and I was just too dissatisfied to even bother returning it in and getting a new one. I was pretty bummed out.
Today, I got back from a long day of going to the local LGBT+ Recreational Center, Grocery Shopping and buying some new earphones because my old ones broke on me.
Here's my suggestion if it'll ever get out there: I think when you purchase a product you should have full mobility about what it looks like, feels like, and the information it provides””forgive me if I'm wrong if it's some type of business big no-no or it's the customers responsibility but when I bought my onn earphones from SuperCenter Walmart, I was kinda disappointed. I'm on disability and it cost a big rare penny but what I mean by this is at least put pictures on the box of the item from back to front side to side diagonal and make the important stuff in large print! If ever there was a company that did this, I'd be a life-long dedicated customer. It's obvious that these companies that market their products only care about the money””they've forgotten what it's like to be the customer themselves. Or, maybe I'm just not doing enough studying when it comes to purchasing my product?””If I am I apologize ahead of time.
But yeah””does anyone feel the same way? if so, would you agree with me on this? Why? And, what other suggestions would you provide to these big-named companies?
