Using urethral plugs

I just recently began to experiment with urethral plugs as a form of sexual pleasure. It's difficult to find a good size as I want to try extended wear for all-day pleasure but size is an issue.
Does anyone have any advice?
Would be nice to chat with someone who's tried this form of pleasure and can help me out.

OK, I guess my education has been neglected. I'm aware of urethral plugs used for bladder incontinence, like the Contino, but pleasure. I've actually only had a couple patients who tried the device, and neither of them seemed to be enjoying the experience very much. IDK, I learn something new every day...
