The right lube?

I'm using vaseline to insert my penis plug because it works best for lubrication during insertion.
Problem: my urethral muscles keep pushing the plug out and it's becoming frustrating.
Does anyone have a good recommendation for lube that will help with insertion but let me keep the plug in place???
