Long distance online?

Currently my family only knows I am gay. Actually just a few people in my family. I am 33 incase anyone wants to know. I like the idea of dating online and without the need to meet up. At least not unless things progress. 

This would give me time to decide if I want to fallow through with having a boyfriend. Those who know think I am still fighting against my attraction. I am looking for places where I date through messages. Maybe even penpal through snail mail. 

I suck at flirting as well. So there is another reason.

It could get complicated in terms of progressing. I think it is important to really know who you are talking to because it is easy to hide things online. I think it is risky if you rush it or ignore any red flags.

Just really make sure you get to know the person and everything that surrounds them. Also make sure they are fully informed about your situation too.
