ISO = International Standard Organization

It's a certificate that says my company follows the minimum standard required to run a company.

CAR = Corrective Action Report

CAR is like a warning card. Once CAR is issued, it means there's a problem, and I must fix the problem according to the protocol.

Every 6 months, I have to do an IQA (Internal Quality Audit), and after I've done that, the external auditor will come and check.

I run a small factory in Thailand. About .... 50 people working here.

My title is 'Factory Manager', which means I manage the running of the factory.

But in real life, most of my office hour is spent on playing internet, golf, and photography.

Only when there's emergency, I actually work.

Emergency means when people come from oversea... customer visit... sudden machine breakdown...

But usually everything is under control, and all I have to do is NOT DO ANYTHING to screw things up.
