curt-88 Wrote:I dont know whatever happened to the thread about hosting a show so im taking it apon myself.

Here is my proposal.

12 ten minute episodes. one episode / month.

Appropriate for all ages and veiwers.

Anti contreversial.

Attract more people and advertise the site.

I would also like some input on topics you like covered.

curt-88 Wrote:I think it would just be easier and would reach more fans rather then create biased opinions and or possibly even more stereotypes among gay culture.

I am just a bit confused.

Exactly how is this going to work? Maybe I kinda forgot what the original thread about a GS YT station???

Ten mins is a really really long time. Are you, curt, going to talk on one topic for 10 mins or do you want various individuals adding a min or two comment???

I am not sure if you want to create a place for discussion/conversation or a place that shows what GS has up its sleeve so that we gain more active new members...

I really dont understand your most recent post. imho controversy usually attracts people but then people also tend to flock to like opinion... finding a middle ground is rather difficult.

Can you flesh out the concept you have for the YT page?
Thanks Luvkiss frank Luvkiss

Hey Frank

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I would like to attract more active members. I wont stick to once subjuect for ten minutes I have ten minutes to stick to a few subjects. The premeir video will be a good insight once im finished. Im hoping to reachout to fans no matter what they Identify themselves as. I want try and impliment positivity in my episodes. Except for the special im doing on HIV and Aids.

Well it would be good to inject some positivity into the AIDS subject as well, at least not HIV positivity... but hope for the future and reminders of being CAREFUL when you start being sexually active. For the moment, gays are still at risk, younger people of not protecting their lives through negligence and ignorance.
Thanks Curt, will have a look at your presentation as soon as it is operative.
Regards, PA

As the word comes from the French for FIRST I thought I'd inflict a little language correction in this thread:
(la) première or premiere
noun
1 the first public performance of a play or showing of a film. Also called first night.
2 the leading actress, female dancer, etc in a company.
verb (premièred, premièring)
1 to present a première of (a film, etc).
2 intransitive, said of a play, film, etc: to open.
[19c: French feminine of premier first.]

and BRAVO Curt, from the Italian for brave and courageous
bravo
exclamation (also /brA:'voL/ (also brava /-vB/ when addressed to a woman, and bravi /-vi:/ to a number of people) shouted to express one's appreciation at the end of a performance, etc: well done! excellent!
noun (bravos)
1 a cry of 'bravo'.
2 (Bravo) communications in the NATO alphabet: the word used to represent the letter 'B'.
[18c: Italian.]

Yes, actually you did, twice, so I thought I'd put in the I where it belongs... and you need an E at the end of the word, which changes how it is pronounced. Wink But no worries, Curt... we'll watch your presentation with interest. Spiny
