Country & Western music
#1
Now its the turn of country & Western music. This should be an interesting thread, just to see how many fans of C&W we have.

Lets start with Johnny Cash.

Johnny Cash - The Man In Black [Originally released in 1971]

Johnny Cash - Dont Take Your Guns To Town [Originally released in 1959]

John R. "Johnny" Cash (February 26, 1932 – September 12, 2003), was an American singer-songwriter, actor, and author, who has been called one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century. Although he is primarily remembered as a country music artist, his songs and sound spanned many other genres including rockabilly and rock and roll - especially early in his career - as well as blues, folk, and gospel.

Ahhhh...Don Williams...I waited on him and his wife for about a week once every day...really nice guy! At the time one of my exercise aerobic teachers was playing this horrible Don Williams song and this exercise that went with it sucked so I asked him if he could please write a note to her to stop playing it...he had a great sense of humor and actually agreed to do it LOL

Actually at the time I ended up waiting on every single C&W star I ever heard of and with the exception of Hank Williams Jr they were all EXCEPTIONALLY nice people..

...anyway My lover came up with two C&W songs I forgot I really liked...the first one below won an award (whatever those C&W awards are called)...I really love my girls from Oakland:biggrin:......Here are June, Anita, Bonnie and Ruth

...and of course Country Diana..
