How did you know?
#1
Okay, so I am questioning my sexuality and I was wondering how you knew you were bi or gay. Just give me the main points (and maybe a summary of your journey). Thank you all!Confusedmile:Confusedmile:Confusedmile:Confusedmile::

When I was a teenager, I would draw pictures of couples doing "it" and more often than not, they'd be two men doing "it."... When I watched female-male porn, I'd not be so interested.... and indeed if it was only females (two females, let's say) I wasn't interested at all... Very little gay porn was available to me, so I'd make my own.
When I was able to have some sexual experience, I started out with a man, and enjoyed it, but he wasn't very faithful, let's say, and I tried a relationship with a woman, which satisfied me more on the emotional level... It also worked quite well, sexually speaking, and I might even have married her and had kids, but when that relationship stopped, I knew I wouldn't want to go back to another woman, as I felt I'd be cheating on her expectations, as I still wanted to be with a male partner, and was curious about other things I hadn't tried with my first lover....

Which is where I've ended now. Been in a wonderful relationship with my man for 8 years and they have been the happiest, most fulfilling, moments of my life.

I've just always kinda known, when I was around 13-14 I thought maybe I was bi, but over the years I've lost interest in women completely.

lol, PA stole my answer about the porn. I remember watching woman-on-woman porn with my friends one time and it did absolutely nothing. But I watch guy-on-guy porn... oh man its heaven.

I first realized it when I felt turned on seeing shirtless guys on tv or in magazines, and I was like 10 at that time. Soon I realized I was attracted to the male form. While I tend to get along better with woman, I can never imagine myself in a relationship with a woman, it would not satisfy me in any way.

I think what you're saying is true, Xrimo. I would also always have a roving eye whenever I see a shirtless man. I think Joseph is like that too... lol... so there are similarities. Another time I knew, was when we went to Greece. I must have been about 18, and I would buy catalogues of museums, preferably those that had naked male statues, which are quite beautiful... I even managed to buy a postcard of an ityphallic faun (which means with an erection) and I must have had quite a jolly time reviewing those cards and catalogues.
So what's it like for you, Nikolai? Wink

I was very lucky because my mom and sister accepted me straight away ,so i never had hard moments at home about it ,but i think i new i was gay since i was around 9 ,i had difficult time trying changing my desire during my teens years,so when i was 18 i finally decided to gave up and let my nature follow his course ,in my case i think was more a big deal for me than anyone else ! i was afraid to change,to become afeminate or even start to enjoy women things, it sounds stupid today but when i was teen in my country the only gays you could have as reference was the very camp ones on the street and i couldn´t identify myself to them! Thanks god we are now going to a better understanding days ,and so many celebrities getting out of the closet helps straight people to understand that we are so diverse like any other kind of people !

There's been times when I've found both men and women attractive, but I really knew that I liked guys more because i realized they were much easier for me to fall for and have a crush on
