Here's a little twist to the whole drunk straight friend question for you. You have your hot straight friends, they get drunk, get huggy and touchy, and when your bud hugs you he gets a hardon. What do you do. Happened to me, I didn't do anything, didn't want to take advantage of a trust. Anyone have any thoughts?

Oh boy,

Welcome to my world. My husband jokes that I have more luck with straight guys than with gay. (Not really true, but also not a lie). Personaly I think it has to do with the vast majority of people actually jave bi tendencies....to a larger or lesser degree. Depending on who they have been brought up or a host of other things they've never even considered it.....until alcohol comes into play or they meet the right gay man who gets in under their radar. So I just always figure if they've got even one bi gene I'll find it.

The question of whether you take advantage of the situation depends on how well you know them, how you think they'll handle it afterwards...how you think YOU'LL handle it afterwards. If it's a good friend I'd think more than twice (unless of course they tip the OMG HOT factor...;-) ) and if they are not such a good friend, well maybe they shouldn't be getting drunk if they know they come onto guys. In the end it's a call everyone has to make for themselves.

(But it's definately the reason why I believe there are far more bisexuals than we give credit for. My personal experience is far too great to think anything else. Or prisons and sailing ships ar another good example. )

It's also something I think we are going to see more and more of the more visable gay men are. Social comfort zones shift and as we are more out so will these guys who might be interested in the occasional man on man action be more comfortable asking for it.

a similar thing happened to me but i didnt write a poem about it. my "straight" best friend luke sucked me off and begged me to fuck him-so i did. he has asked to do it again even though he says hes straight and has a girlfriend. he just says its for fun. i told him no unless he admitted to our friends. he says he loves me but doesnt know what to do!

That's because being gay is a deluded perversion,
a false confusion of 'love' that is diluted like a weak ribenna
A fake conclusion of a loveless reality,
To which creates,
A temporary escape, with no prospects of a strong family,
Which in later progression will only result in a bitter end...

Now thats poetry! Of course the damn kids not gonna come back to you, he was just thinking of 1 thing he knows that being gay gets you nowhere!

on those who posted in Am I an oddball? after my post to Monkeyman (such an excellent name for himself)....

Yes, I was way too kind. I had read this monkeys poem after posting in Am I an oddball?. I wish I could remove my post from Am I an oddball? but it has been locked.

I guess I shouldnt really say what I think of this monkey less someone think the same of me as his kind.

Maybe he will soon be a figment of our imaginations.

I'm sure you needn't worry about that posting, Frank. Just ask Spoty or Andy to remove your posting and they will, as moderators. I think this is within their power or attributions.
