Marshlander is right...there are so many variables that you need to consider. You will be exposing him to the risk of losing his job and claims of sexual harassment so he may not respond to you as an employee even though you feel a connection...he may ignore it....

...working in a gay bar I tried to take the ones who I thought MIGHT listen under my wing initially and let them know they will pay for it if they sleep with regular customers or any of the bosses. None of them listened...neither did I when I was warned...and we all paid for it. Things go bad rather easily and when they do it can get very ugly...at the very least you can lose your job so marsh's question was a good one. You should evaluate how much you like your job before proceeding.

The sexual tension might be better than the sex anyway :biggrin:
