Messed up and around

So I told my partner, that I would be with him always and I meant it. We share everything together. I think I can't live without him, and he definitely thinks the same way too. But latley, I've been having these urges to see other men. I don't want to break what we have, because it's worth soo much to me. But I've made my mistakes, messed around with other guys and hidden it all from him. I dont' want to hurt him. He doesn't have a clue, because he trusts me. I feel horrible for breaking his trust., but I still want to do things with other men. I think I just want a different person to love, but I still love my partner.

i'm just so messed up and confused now :confused:
