Has Anyone watched Dog Tags from TLA Releasing?

I recently watched Dog Tags from the TLA Releasing. I think this movie is on one of my top 10 gay movie list. This made me think that a lot of the gay movies usually end sad or painful. What did you guys think about the ending of Dog Tags? I hope those 2 see each other again.

I have watched Dog Tags some time ago.... I think it is a good movie but some others are better. Yes .. the end is sad .... I don´t know why so much movies have a sad end... the best bad-end movie for me is "redwoods" .. ... But there are exceptions, by example : Big Eden, Three day weekend, Latter days or some of the german gay movies like "Summerstorm" or "men as we" " Ander".... or the funny movies like "Eating out" or "Poltergay" mile:

Yeah. Eating out was more like blooper of a bad porno. It was definitely funny. I think a most of happy ending movies tend to be perky and kind of shallow a bit. I haven't found out much happy ending movies that was really deep. I sad ones gets you to connect deeper since you need to connect really well with the audiences to make themc cry...

I just ordered 'Dog Tags' today, so I'll post what I think of it when I watch it. I watched 'Redwoods' last week and hated the ending. I recently watched 'Make The Yuletide Gay' and 'Hollywood Je t'aime' and loved both of these. I prefer a more upbeat ending in my films as I hate being depressed.

Yeah, Make the Yultide Gay was brilliant and really happy. Hate watching sad endings too.. But then, sometimes you get addicted to it for soem reasons.. Hope you enjoy the movie!mile:

if you want a very funny German gay film "Balls" is great!

I watched Dog Tags last night and thought it was quite good. The performances were very good, and I really felt for the characters. Even though ending was a little sad, you could see why it had to end that way. And I'm sure they'll meet again.
