Anal tear: Need help!

I have been there too many times. An anal tear is very dangerous. It NEVER heals completely. U may think it is all healed, then U go and have sex again and the bleeding starts. This can really ruin the fun 4 the TOP PARTNER as well.

U MUST abstain from anal intercourse 4 as long as U can. Several months at least.

Hopefully it will heal. If U continue to have anal intercourse, the problem could evolve into an anal fistula. Fistulas must B removed surgically & can (rarely), result in incontinance. (If the sphincter muscle is compromised). U do not what that to happen. It wili ruin U 4 life.

U will bleed every time U R on the toilette, 4 the rest of your life.

THERE IS NOTHING ANY DOCTOR CAN DO.

I think Domitian means incontinence, but you've probably got to let it mend and heal before you do any more anal sex. There is also the possibility that the bleeding came from some polyps inside the rectum... After a certain age you should have your intestinal tract watched for those polyps and for cancerous growths (after 50), so do get a doctor to see it, if not a proctologist, who is an anal specialist. They will know what to advise you.

Thanks. I corrected that mispelling. Anal tears R a serious issue. They can happen as a result of uncareful anal intercourse and R not necessarily associated with Cancer. I speak from experiance. I have had a minor anal fistula removed already.

I still bleed. The tear never heals completely. I never had any growths in my rectum but, most of the fun is gone for good.

This is not exclusively a Gay problem. Women get vaginal tears and they often progress into vaginal fistulas, especially after having kids. This why so many women refuse sex after having kids.
