Just discovered this singer, Dave Hause, recently. This song (like Dar Williams "February" Which I just posted in the lyrics thread) speaks to the frustration and weariness of this time of year.

Just discovered this singer, Dave Hause, recently. This song (like Dar Williams "February" Which I just posted in the lyrics thread) speaks to the frustration and weariness of this time of year.

He used to sing and play guitar in a band called The Loved Ones. I saw them in 2006. Good band. I have the poster to the show framed on my wall.

I think this is an older song, so I'm sure a lot of people have recorded this. I love Alison Krauss & Union Station. The man who is singing (among other things) here, I think, is Dan Tyminski, who did that horrible song with Avicii, Hey Brother. Aside from Hey Brother, he is amazing.
