Is it Necessary to Hire a Fitness Trainer?
#1
Hi guys,

Well I'm a health freak. I eat healthily, I run every morning, I do stairs climbing (Ground Floor to 27th) and I do weightlifting at home (Enough to keep myself 'tone' and muscular).

My previous goal was to lose weight and I achieved it nicely. My current goal is to develop my body to be like a Greek God. Thus I've decided to join a gym next month as a gym has better and more complete equipments. Now the question is should I hire a fitness trainer to assist me to achieve this new goal? Or should I just ask other gym members around to assist me?

I was able to coach myself in weight loss without a hiccup as I know what to do. But building six packs is out of my territory. Dietary and workout to achieve six packs are different from weight loss.

Advice? Much appreciated.
