One other note. Don't eat right before you have sex. I try to cut off eating about two hours before having sex. Once you have a good successful shit don't eat till after you get fucked.

I've never douched and I have not had any serious messes.

I douche everytime! and it hardly ever happens (yes it can still happen) but very rarely does if you do it properly!
