Never tried to do it, don't think I ever would mainly cause I doubt I would be able to! I think it's one of them things, you either or you can't and it comes down to size, flexibility etc.

I have been able to do it, but it's very awkward and in my opinion not worth it. What I did was I laid on my back and threw my legs over my head leaving my penis over my mouth.
