It's an interesting question although Asians come in different categories... The question asked is whether we like Asians... and I'm suspecting Oshine means people of his type (Chinese) not people of Indian or Pakistani type -- which is probably how the question would be understood in the United Kingdom -- maybe not even people of Dravidian type or Malayan type or Japanese type.
In France when we refer to Asians it generally means Vietnamese, Cambodians and people from the Far East (Koreans, Japanese, Chinese, Mongols...), but not Indians or Pakistanis, or Persians.
I wonder how Canadians and Australians and Americans understand that question. ??
I ascribe to what Marshlander says and adhere to the fact that I like my friends and the people I like not according to their skin colour and ethnic type, but according to their kindness, and other qualities.
