Did I say it too soon?

Thank you everyone for the input, I really appreciate it. I don't think I should ask him coz I want him to say it when he means it not coz I want him to.

I don't regret telling him. In fact, I feel happy that I did. He's been contacting me this week more than he ever did before. Although he didn't say it, I can see it.

I never understand why it can be too "soon" to tell someone you love them.
I believe love can happend in a minute and last for a life time.
There s no too soon or too late in my opinion

I remember I hurried to say ~I love you~ to my first bf, but he did replied. Our relationship last only 2 months.
Now, in this relationship I did not say the first "I love you" first. I let him to tell me, and I told him when I felt that. We both agree that we will say "I love you" when we feel to say it, when we mean it, and not use "I love you" instead of "Bye/Hello".

he just needs time not everyone can say i love u ion a matter of moments on meeting love develops alot quicker on some people than others
