Can anybody translate these for me ?

Ok, I am going to FREELY ADMIT that I've phonetically typed these from a game I used to play - Age of Mythologies, so they are both FROM MEMORY, and PHONETICALLY-TYPED so the spelling with be AWFUL ...

... but can anybody tell me if they mean anything ??

"Mallistar"
"Prostagmah"
"Ne Sheh Sheh"

?? Any ideas ??

I'm reasonably sure they ARE Greek Expressions, as the attention to detail in the game was great throughout ... some of you might have even played it ... mile:.

Since I'm not sure about some of the vowel sounds, I don't think I can give you much. Some does look Greek, 'prostagmah' definately seems Greek, but I don't know what since I don't have my dictionaries next to me at the moment.
Ne Sheh Sheh? hmmm, this sounds chinese to me more than Greek... so I have not a clue to he meaning.

Prostagmah is Greek indeed and means command. The one you give to someone below you.

I am not so sure for the other words though. Vullo meh if you mean vullomah can be Greek and means hmm.... 'Tap' (of the bathroom sink) or filling up a hole in the wall (DIY) something like that. Cant remember at the moment the proper word in English for that.

Nai, is Greek for YES: Ochi for NO. That's not the extent of my expertise but it's very limited in Greek and I'm not sure I would know how to work it out from this Latin alphabet.

Mallistar could also be a Greek word btw but only if you mean Malista which is another way to say Yes in a polite obedient way to something you ve been asked to. To say "Yes Lord", "Command Me" in greek is: Malista Kirie, stis prostages sas. Sounds kinky btw :biggrin:

When you pronounce it remember that in greek letter I shounds like letter E
Malista therefor sounds as ma-lee-sta (not malay-sta.)
Kirie (means Sir) sounds as Key-rieh
Prostages is pronounced prosta-yes
