YES! That is just one sexual act. Kissing and BJ's some are into only. There are also many other ways for them to get off without having anal sex.

Thank you. Such various replies. And seeing I have a vag and I did try Anal, there is no comparison and I didn't enjoy it. whats wrong with oral ? The only straight couple I know not having inter.... is either over 55 or are getting a divorce (or the marriage of convenience bs). Thanks again, I can tell him there is hope.

I'd just like to point out that attempting to delegitimize people's sexual practice, whether it be a preference for only frot, oral, or manual sex is just as bad as anti-gay people who try to delegitimize anal sex on the grounds of it being unnatural or unhealthy.

Actual studies on gay sexuality have found that anal sex only really became perceived as the status quo sexual act of gay men with the rise of pornography in the 70s. Before then the few studies on gay sexuality seem to suggest that many gay men preferred not to perform anal. And a lot of studies have been done on gay men who feel like they are pressured into participating in anal sex despite not enjoying it, because they feel like they will lose partners if they don't.

I'm not out to convince people not to participate in anal (there are gay groups out there that do this), I fully embrace the viability of any expression of sexuality between consenting individuals. Let's not become complicit in the same kind of fascism that categorized any same sex behaviour as "sodomical" for centuries.
