I wish I didn't have to do all of this baking this year for the holidays... The requests keep coming in and I frankly don't have enough alcohol to deal with that many requests....

Granted, However they are not paid days, not sadly do you have a job to return to after that three weeks is up.

Yes Baking for fun is one thing. Baking a (one) pie is easy, light work - fun-ish and done chiefly out of love. Being treated like a bakery with dozen of pie orders, dozens of muffins order with people either calling and 'requesting' I make more after being to grocers and dealing with that unruly mob becomes tedious.
