Tired - well yeah. That's to be expected with all you have been going through.
I suggest a tea made of camomile, catnip and a touch of mint.
If you can find loose herbs (dried) its a 1:1 ratio of chamomile and catnip (catnip makes cats hyper but makes humans relaxed, thus sleepy). Add a leaf or two of mint (if you like mint).
Boil up some water, seep the tea for 5 minutes. Drink 20 minutes before bed. You will sleep a bit sounder and feel more rested in the morning.
