Can't sleep either its pushing 4:30 Am and every time I lay my head on the pillow the gears spin so fast smoke comes out of my ears.

The bright side is I will get to watch the sunrise...

You are not worthless. Who ever put that thought in your head was very, very wrong. How do I know, My crystal ball tells me you are of high value.

Isolated - not as much as you think. Again, my crystal ball talking.

Tired - well yeah. That's to be expected with all you have been going through.

I suggest a tea made of camomile, catnip and a touch of mint.

If you can find loose herbs (dried) its a 1:1 ratio of chamomile and catnip (catnip makes cats hyper but makes humans relaxed, thus sleepy). Add a leaf or two of mint (if you like mint).

Boil up some water, seep the tea for 5 minutes. Drink 20 minutes before bed. You will sleep a bit sounder and feel more rested in the morning.

This is our Anthem, in conjunction with our "Official" Anthem, which is "God Save the Queen", but seeing as how I'm Bermudian and not English/European, I prefer to sing my Bermy Song . No offense though .

Thanks Bowyn. I'm feeling a good bit better today, realizing a lot of my worries aren't worth worrying about as much as I do. Sometimes I just overwhelm myself and sweat the small stuff. Sometimes it helps to barrel headlong into work. Monsters grab the idle.

Today I awoke to a rush of energy :biggrin: I actually woke up early enough to have breakfast before heading out to work (which has never happened before) I tend to hit the snooze button a lot

I emailed the Pride and Alliance organization at the University I graduated from. I'm hoping to hear back from them soon. I'm really interested in joining since I didn't have much time for other activities while pursuing my degree. I'm not sure if they would allow me to join or volunteer since I'm no longer a student at the University. I think it would be silly to exclude me on that basis, but I can never be certain unless I ask.

I'm interested in what projects or discussions they work on throughout the year. I really want to get involved and this would be a great start.

I received the second letter from my sponsored child today. I received the first letter last year and he was still a little kid at the time.

His current photo has been attached with the latest letter. He has grown a bit. Slightly taller than before.

He attached a little drawing too. A tree. Digits. Alphabets.

His letter made me smile. I hope the little guy will grow up well and stay happy alongside his family.
