@Wolfe, I don't think that you need to know precisely what your sexual orientation is just now. What would appear possible would be that you are at least bisexual, with an interest in women despite your being a virgin (but that's not unnatural at 16, to be honest) and given that you have had sex experiences with boys / men previously.
The fact that you are comfortable having sex with males does not even mean that you are gay. It just means that you are experimenting and so far it's been your outlet for your libido, one which has been easier to find than a female who'd be willing to give you a good time in the same way.
Whether you actually prefer sex with men or with girls will be difficult to ascertain until you've actually tried sex with women, or at least with one (hopefully it will be a satisfactory experience).
Being gay, I think, is rather more a question of having feelings for a man, as well as being able to be intimate with him, as a hetero relationship would be defined by the capacity to enjoy a romantic relationship with the other sex as well as getting intimate with the other sex. A bisexual person could find fulfilment in both types of relationship, maybe at the same time, or in consecutive relationships.
But at sixteen, you're entitled to be experimenting, and you're also entitled not to know what your real sexual orientation is.
I don't know what your grandmother has spotted about you and your orientation, but she may be completely wrong. I know that the way she defines homosexuality isn't quite accurate, though.
