For supper we had beef stew which had carrot, celery, potato, peas, green beans, lima beans and onion in it, cooked until one could cut the meat with a spoon.
With that we had a fresh mixed vegetable salad containing celery, tomato, green onion, baby carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, crasins on a bed of lettuce.
Finishing off with a lime-custard, home made from cornstarch, lime juice, egg yolks and splenda instead of sugar.

Chocolate covered Graham crackers.

Dinner Tonight- Grilled Mahi Mahi with Mango-Ginger Chutney, Biryani Rice, and Watermelon-Cilantro Salad. It was soooo very good. For dessert we had a creamy mango sorbet.

Tonight tortellini - and butternut squash right of the garden. I ate too much - my tummy hurts.

Chicken wings, IPA and Porter.
