My diet.... on a workout day: weekday

5am: Whey protein with milk, banana, cuppa tea (milk, no sugar)
10am: 300g Cottage Cheese, Coco Pops, Milk, Yoghurt (all in one bowl - looks minging, tastes great!), Banana
1pm: Chicken (1 breast) sandwich, tuna (1/2 tin) mayo sandwich, choc bar (treat), tonnes of fruit
3pm: Whey protein with water
4pm-5pm ish: GYM
5pm: Meal Replacement Protein shake with milk, 1 piece of fruit
6pm: Dinner - usually a meat or fish, potatoes and veg.
9pm: Cottage Cheese or Casein Shake

Daily water intake: min. 3 litres
Snack: Unsalted almonds
