So there's this friend of mine that I think is hot (and I'm pretty sure he's bi even though he has a girl friend) h's a big supporter of gay rights, always dresses neatly, and does not have a sexual preference posted on facebook... I *think* he's caught me looking at him a couple times and now whenever we're outside and it's warm and we're outside he lifts his shirt up right in front of me. (Never away from me, always in front of me.) He just lifts it up and leaves it up for a little while. I mean he usually does it when it's hot out, but it seems weird that he only does it when he's right in front of me, and its soooo hard for me not to stare!

What do you guys think? Is he teasing me or just trying to cool off? What should I do?!

I recently found myself in a similar predicament. I felt like the guy was flirting with me but wasn't sure. So
