Josh, I still don't know exactly why I choose to be gay...

But for now, I'll say I'm gay because it makes me free.

It allows me to escape from the barrier that splits the human population in halves. One into men, the other into woman. I am excluded from this division, and therefore, I feel free. That is why I choose to be gay.

In real life, no. I don't allow myself that. I just want to be gay, that's all.

But hypothetically speaking, yeah... I can see how I could have a boyfriend, or become someone's girlfriend.

I was shocked to see myself being so... calm and normal when I posted a picture of myself on this website. It was a big challenge to do that coz... you know... it's a gay site! How can I post a picture of myself in a gay site? What if people recognize me???

But no... I felt like... everything was OK. That it's no big deal AT ALL if I was gay.

If people saw my picture with gayspeak.com label and said,

"Look! I didn't know XXX was gay!"

I have one thing to say to them.

"Now you know."

I don't know why I used to think if I was gay, I would die or something.

I came out back when it was almost a death sentence, really didn't care, everyone that I "wanted" was straight so it din't leave me with any options. Being gay just is, the way you feel inside is just a little differate from heterosexuals, everything else is exactly the same. You as a person are the same person you have always been. It just is a little more open with alot more feelings than where there before
