New and Need Some New Advice PLEASE!
#11
Those are good questions. I can honestly and confidently answer the question of touching a man exciting. It does excite me. As a matter a fact I have touched a few of them. I danced with one the other day and I couldn't keep my hands off of him. As far as breasts, they are beautiful and they look really sexy when they are not too big. I don't have interest in touching them. I would say I have minimal excitement when it comes to the idea of touching a woman. Don't get me wrong, I have seen a few that were sexy, but I get more arousal out of men.

Lol, I'm not making a diagnosis, those questions are for you to consider and weigh for yourself, and hopefully you can reach a conclusion that satisfies your question.

Questions for questions seems redundant, but it's really about what you want, and no one should tell you what that is.

You know, you may be 2 years older than myself, but just recently asked myself the same questions you are asking know. I only thought i was sexually attracted to women because i was afraid i was gay, and i felt it was wrong to be gay. I too felt guilty about my sexuality. Only you know if your gay, straight, or bi brother. Too me it sounded like you had a fetish for mens rear ends and them in underwear. But that may have been a way to cope with your guilt. Like maybe you rationalized your thoughts towards men by telling yourself you weren't attracted to men, but rather you were attracted to just the men in their underwear. I only say that because i was kind of doing the same when i was around 12 as well. Go slow and experiment with things your attracted to. Its a journey i am on as well

I find that alot of people deluded into thinking that they are straight.

All social and cultral education says that people show grow up to being with the opposite gender. So it can be very hard to go against this in order to discover who you are.

I guess the question is more why do you think you should be straight/gay.

Hit the nail on the head there Dream. I felt like someone had dumped me in a bucket of ice when I realised I was gay. My negative feelings toward myself came from those around me, my fears were on their thoughts and their feelings and what I'd been brought up with, not how I thought or how I felt. It took a little time to come to terms with it and accept it. After that? I felt totally elevated because I finally understood myself and my feelings.

I finally knew who I was and I was proud of that.

If you haven't formed a romantic attachment to another man yet, just felt attracted to their sexual attributes, then it could be that you've never allowed yourself to form that kind of attachement, or the right person hasn't come along yet, while plenty of men could fit the role of sexual stimuli. Once you accept that you are allowed to live your sexuality and your romantic life with the same sex, then maybe you can go and find such a partner, and maybe experience a gay love story for the first time. Hopefully you'll also find this man sexy. If you don't find women in the slightest bit exciting, I'd say that you're better off seeking a relationship with another man. Does it mean you're gay? Well it just means you like men or A man.

You sound very similar to me when I first realized I was gay. After masturbating I felt gross and guilty. I think it's a subconscious thing we do because we want to be straight. Admitting it to yourself is the first step. And now that I have done that, everything makes more sense. Anyone can find a woman attractive, but I think it's more of the idea of marrying a woman and having 3 kids is what I was attracted to because that is what's normal in today's world. But I could never be truly happy if I lived that lie. I have yet to admit myself to my parents out of fear that they will reject me. But it will happen soon, very soon. Goodluck

an attraction is an attraction. dont let anyone tell you different. whether it be man or woman, but the thing is, and from what ive read here, your sexually attracted to guys and you know what? finding a woman cute or whatever is completely normal but normally, thats about it man. dont want to kiss her on the lips, have no desire to touch her breasts or her lower part. its absolutely fine to feel that way. and the samething goes for a lesbian, they have no such desire to have any such attraction with a man except to be friends. just be you and dont let anything bother you dude. people can be hateful creatures but there are lots who are loving aswell, no matter what you are or what you do.

Wow!

Thanks for the responses everyone. I think I see the commonalities that some of you have and that helps me a whole lot. Like I said, I really don't pay much attention to women. I like the comment about wanting to have a wife and three kids because it's the normal thing to do. I kind of feel that way. Getting with a man would be "abnormal" and hard to explain to family. That might be why I haven't pursued men and kept my attraction to them a secret.
