first, I am not British and since this looked to be an international questionnaire (you asked where I was living - north america) I find it odd that you didnt make it more of an open question. I also thought there were way too many squares to answer on this one page and would have been very difficult even if I were a Brit.

Sorry I had to give up. I really tried but I dont think this is a 10 - 15 min questionnaire unless you are speeding thru it without thought.
