Had a terrible day. Someone stood me up. I'm feeling a bit under the weather. I forgot to get gas for the car. It's midnight and i'm starving. Had too much coffee. Had a couple of rejections.

Upside: at least it's time for bed

Only if you're content being depressed.

I'm not content being depressed. But I'm not content with the stress of anxiety either. Which leaves me with that brief window when the see-saw is level. 1:30 am.
