Been feeling a bit despondent with things in general, feeling like I am stuck in a rut. Had a really good night at the pub with some friends which has helped to take my mind off things

I'm feeling a lot better today. But also feeling very, very lazy.

A lot of things happened recently in real life. Hence why I'm no longer active in GS.

I recently moved to a new gym after training in this one gym for 3 years. I don't want to go into detail as I would like to forget the big incident that has occurred in my old gym. But it has something to do with friendship; a lot of sacrifice and depression in the name of friendship.

Story exploded in gym's Facebook. Everyone asked me to leave that 'friend' who was abusing my loyalty in friendship. My 'friend' was expelled from the gym. I also left to follow my own path.

I deleted my Facebook. I cut off everyone that I know from that gym including that 'friend' to move forward with my life.

I'm reclaimed back few things that I've lost; my individuality and my independence. I'm really happy again.

My tooth hurts, it was already a little loose and I kept playing around with it but I don't want to have it taken out, it's near the front and easy to see when I smile

Relieved. I've had three petit mal seizures today. I thought I felt fine before the first one came on. After having the first one, I felt like my brain needed to vomit. It happened again and I felt fine for a while. Then, my brain felt a bit nauseated for a while and I had another one. I feel like I'm fine, now. I'd strongly recommend people to have a petit mal seizure or two to 'clear the pipes', so to speak.

My mom has epilepsy and has had seizures since 1992. She has hers due to 3 brain tumors. I think what works for her was valproic acid, been a long time since she had one...but I can usually tell if one is coming...might be a few days or later on in the day, she'll get rather twitchy and we just wait for it to happen, usually happens quite suddenly and she's hurt herself falling on the floor in the past so we try to stay home to keep an eye on her.

Me mam and my auntie have grand mal seziures and they can be scary. My auntie has severe learning difficulties and lives with my granny. Granny notices if she looks like she's going to have a seizure soon (people talk about epileptic people having 'auras' before they have a seizure) and dopes her up with some good old fashioned diazepam.
