I am very happy to announce that my surgical doc appt went very well. I am 90% healed and am able to return to most activities.

Went on my first bicycle ride yesterday and it was fantastic... then my first HOT HOT HOT bath and that was ORGASMIC.

Mowed my own lawn and felt great... Maybe it was all worth it. Fingers crossed.

and OMG OMG OMG!!! IT IS WATERMELON SEASON. Was so nervous that the first melon would be a dud but OMG OMG OMG... so sweet. The one best thing about summer is juicy sweet melons [/COLOR]

Great to hear that you are doing well Frank.

I feel invigorated after having a good nights of sleep. I went to bed as soon as it was dark enough, and woke up with the light in my eyes at 6am. Ready for what Sunday has to throw at me.
