I had a VERY stressful day yesterday and, today, feel like I am still recovering from that.

I am trying to stay busy today, working (I work from home on my computer).

just hang in there mate, i have the same feelings sometimes, i alwyas try to make myself remember that nothing much has changed to the previous days when i was feeling happy - its not easy but you can get back to feeling ok

I'm slightly confused.

Lately, I haven't been having dreams and that's usually a very bad sign. Hopefully nothing too bad will happen. :frown: .

It's made me quite finicky, because ever since I could remember, I've always had dreams, usually telling me about something, but it's not very often I don't have dreams...

Y'all may think it odd, but my family has a very deep belief in dreams and I'm the same way.

I remember when I had a dream in middle school of telling this girl I liked her[I thought it was in a boyfriend/girlfriend way ], only in the dream she was dressed as a psychiatrist and then it turned out to be her! The next day, she somehow knew and confronted me about it.

I still don't know how she knew .

I hope it's nothing, but I'm slightly on edge...

Quarter to three in the AM here, and I still need to write 1500 words for another blog. A bit tired, but I really need to do this.

I've been feeling abstracted all week. Like as if life's too good to be true. My bf had effectively driven the drama-queen out of me over the course of 1.5 years, and I feel like any other person.

Is this how normal people feel like? Manic Depression isn't fun, but getting through the tunnel and finally reaching the light feels like as if I've woken up from a sleep that lasted more than a decade. I'm 27 years old, and I still feel like the day before I got raped, roaming in the lush green valleys of India.

I feel sadness that I've lost so much time groping around in the dark, but it's not depression; the horrible weight isn't there. It's just sadness, and I'm gonna be just fine.

Thanks matty! I think a lot of it is a combo of personal crap and work related crap. Plus I'm tired from musical rehearsals late into the night. By honestly I'm glad I have the rehearshals right now because it takes my mind off everything else. For a few brief hours I don't have to be me. I'm my character. Who's wife is cheating on him!
