I've been depressed fordays now but things are better because I am back on the higher dose of anxiety medication. Depression sucks! My whole life I never had it and then one day there it is. I hate it!

got the baby car seat sorted . and all the other baby stuff is pretty much ready . now we just need the actual baby to be born . and for us to think of a name xD

Bored, nobody seems to read in this town so it affords me a lot of time to mindlessly contemplate at work between re-shelving books. My feet hurt and I'm looking forward to starting my weekend as soon as I end my shift.

I am sorry to hear that people don't seem to read. I couldn't do without books

it figures that since I don't even want to be filthy rich I can't find a job or a side gig to make enough to be financially independent. then to make maters worse, I thought I was doing pretty good with my new job until I find out that my neighbors kid, not even 16 yet, has a job opportunity making the same amount as I make. all I want is my own place in a decent neighborhood and a freakin car with less than 100,000 miles on it

Angry.....I wrote an essay the other day about the subject of texting and how I feel it is detrimental to the English language...I made no personal attacks in this essay, I never questioned the intelligence or linguistic skills of those who enjoy texting....I merely outlined my arguments and left it at that.

Within the hour, my email address was being bombarded with tons of people sending me very insulting messages "ignorant" and "close minded" and most astonishingly of all "bigoted" regarding my thesis. What hurt was one of these people sending me these lovely little homilies was someone I thought was a friend.

*sigh* gotta love a society where nobody seems to understand that its ok to disagree with someone, but do so in a civil manner and not resort to name calling like a two year old. Honestly, I don't know why this is bothering me as much as it seems....guess I was just flabbergasted at how knee-jerk some people seem to be to insult those they don't agree with.
