hello i seen olympices man today!! in rel life not just on telly! becase he did a book a book about how him was in the olimpics and he was in the book shop selling the book. he was very nice i said hello to him and how it was good how him was in the olimpics he was disabled.

What sort of disability did this bookwriter have and what was the sport in which he competed? Can you tell us, Joseph?

UG, been feeling pretty ill every morn... will be seeing the docs this week and maybe some experimentation will take place. I feel great in the evenings so cant really understand what is going on.

I try to keep busy and positive but sometimes it gets really tough and I hate making others suffer because of my poor health.

I was able to get some free time and used it to cut that horrid womans lawn. She wasnt home and I actually took pics of her lawn so I would have proof of the perfect job I did Love having the option with digital cameras...

OK, just hoping that Sunday will be perfect... always keep positive, right?

I'm fine today yeah - just taken my mum, dad, brother and his fiancée to the airport - they're away until next Wednesday - Mark (a lad that's visiting me) is over until lunchtime so I'm going to go to the airport with him in a bit and check him in, but before THAT he and I are hooking up with two of my Polish mates and going out for breakfast ...

Then this afternoon I'm going to go and watch that new Star Wars Movie ? The animated one ? *grits his teeth as he prepares himself NOT to enjoy it AT all*, and then I'm out for dinner tonight for a mate's 30th Birthday Party.
