did one hour solid on my shoulders at the gym....happy but sore,,, now on black ops with my friends ,,,got nice mates

Had a pleasant Sunday~

Spent the afternoon at an old friends house cause their town had
their yearly Apple Harvest.

Spent time with some old friends from around the area. It's really
true what people say that good friends are the ones that even after
being away you can just pick up where you left off :]

Now I have a big bag of kettle corn that I need to eat before it
gets stale ;D
