Douchebag customers who talk on the phone while checking out, then have the nerve to ask "What did you say my total was?" I'mma choke a hoe.

Fuck I hate customers cunts this week some bought in there own sandwiches and I was all like Wat Da Fuq! Also the old man cuntus wanted his slice he bought and said to me that he wasn't on holiday. I was all ragey after that. RAGEy! so I made some herbal tea and the world was better.

Vultures...

Actually this is a serious rant of mine, one which I didn't realize I had until the past couple of days where I had to deal with a couple of that breed and it looks like I have at least the next week before me of dealing with the Vultures.

Vultures are the kind of people who stand off at a distance waiting for a person to get sick and die so they can swoop in and pick the carcass clean (monies, property holdings etc).

They are motivated by greed and greed alone, they have no compassion, no caring, and apparently assume that everyone else in the world is motivated by the love of money like they are...

I have the same issues at Kentucky, no matter how expressly I say "that will be all, thank you" I still get asked if I want xy or z..

I get bloody abusive and ask the attendant if he/she thinks if I'm stupid or don't they understand the meaning of "that's all", usually followed by sarcastic and derogotory comments about our much vaunted "outcome-based-education" model which is producing exactly what this government wants, an uneducated population.....

I believe in many big shops the assistants are required to ask and if they don't their money will get cut.
At least it's how it works here
So at the post office we are asked about insurance and if we want to buy some newspapers... They HAVE TO ask every customer... Sad.

That's where it comes unstuck.

I have turned a request into an instruction.

That is my requirement, no more, no less. Respect me, and do as I have instructed.

Hard assed, but that's me. I spend hours of my time documenting standard work practices, often involving days of research to understand various interactive process variables, only to find when auditing worker compliance, the methodology has been altered, without any consideration for the consequence sometimes resulting in scrapping of thousands of rand value.

Do as I instruct. Respect me, my expertise. Discuss alternatives, if it makes sense, I will re-evaluate first, get necessary approvals, revise all the necessary documentation, re-issue, re-train and follow up.

Don't disrespect all the effort I go through, because the idiot thinks he knows better / want's to sit on his butt all day

An instruction is just that. Respect and accept.
