Tea or coffee?

Yeah but cupboards are for keeping my plates,cutlery and pots.Pantries can be evil sometimes.About 7 years ago I was locked inside a pantry with a faulty locking mechanism.It was dark and I couldn't even find any chips.Thankfully Momsy came to my rescue 30 min later.

Tea all the way for me!! about 3 cups a day... one first thing in the morning (that's 5am for me!), one when I'm home from work, and one with or just after me dinner.

Can't stand coffee... force myself to drink it if someone makes me one by mistake coz I feel guilty if I don't. ugh!!!

The best purchase I ever made was a decent espresso machine with enough pressure to pump out a good creme (is that how you spell the frothing on coffee???).

I use non-fat milk to make a heavy milk froth for a perfect cappuccino.

No sugar or flavorings as that would destroy the taste of the lovely beans.

I am such a fanatic about it all I even order my whole French roasted beans from a tiny shop in San Francisco. The beans are sooooo beautiful with a lovely shine of oils.

I only allow myself two cups in the morning and two in the early evening.
