Xrimo, I bit my nails until I took up the guitar at fourteen. Needing nails on my right hand was the motivation I required. After that it was eventually easier to stop biting the ones on the left hand and these days it's just clip and file.

I recently got my tongue pierced and I keep flicking the metal stud against my teeth and I'm going to end up wearing away my enamel! *HELP*

i do the same thing :tongue: if i am watching tv i sit there and just play with it and it really irritates my mum so wen i wont 2 piss her off i do it then lol

I rub my hands together (and they're always cold and sweaty) when I'm nervous. And look to the ground wishing I could just disappear!

i crack my knuckles and fingers i have soooooooooooo tried 2 stop but i cant :mad: sometimes i don't even no i am doing it coz i have bin doing it 4 so long that's how bad it is :frown:

I too crack my knuckles & toes.Tried to stop with no avail.Apparently it's not good for your long-term health.
