"Gayspeak Gay Forums | Online Friends Community" That doesn't mean we can't be honest and even critical. We don't all have to like everyone here, but a certain amount of respect is required for the forums to work.

When I don't like the way someone else comes across here, I may mention in a thread that I disagree with them and why. If they get butt hurt or aggressive I simply stop interacting with them. I don't see the point. I don't need to get the last word in to feel good about myself.

The list of rules here is short, and not heavily enforced. If people don't like them, they are free to leave any time. It's great to have a diversity of personalities, but when someone repeatedly crosses the line of personally insulting and abusive posts they deserve to be kicked.

No offense meant to anyone who liked Krupt but I found his personality very caustic. I dont think I ever opened a thread where he posted where there wasnt some kind of negativity being emanated from his post. Whether it be relationship advice or really just anything.

I know how it can be when youve known someone for a long time their personality no matter how crotchety it might be becomes endearing because thats just how they are. To an objective outsider(I guess like me since I havent been on this forum for as long as you all have known him) its very off putting.

Good point, but for all his roughness I really don't think he was doing anyone any real harm....I mean, if you got him going that's one thing, but I liked hearing his responses in the advice threads and what not, because he spoke his mind and was brutally honest, which is sometimes what people need to hear.

I didn't know him very well in either of his incarnations here, but I do wish he'd come back....

He wasn't kicked out, he went voluntarily and said so in one of his last posts although he did say that he would come back now and again to reply to friends.

I have been hellova busy past few weeks and only monitor the moderation queue through an app on my phone when I get the chance in my short breaks at work.

You are getting the wrong end of the stick here... I did not intentionally delete any threads due to being a biggot. Quite the contrary... I welcome any such discussions with open arms.

Krupt was banned for being abusive and venomous with his comments and remarks. I have stood by him in the past and have even been accused of being one and the same person because of my support of him but lately he overstepped the mark. Several members have left because of their personality clashes with him. I don't mind people having strong opinions and even being controversial but going around sniping at others saying it's 'my way or the highway' and telling them what to do isn't right.

I think you will find that the transgender thread was created/started by him so when the ban script kicked in - it was deleted along with the rest of his posts under the 'krupt' username.

Some of you may have been friends with him and I can understand you may be upset that he has gone but listen... this is NOT his website and I am the webmaster. I have been more than fair/tolerant and had to bite my tongue several times in the past. I don't ban anyone without fair reason... this is the first time in many months/years. I am an easy going and fair guy who doesn't like drama!
