Going to have a nice guy over to my place tomorrow for brunch, going to cook for him :-).

Should be a lot of fun, I'm really excited and a little nervous.

A variation of Eggs Benedict using sourdough bread instead of english muffin, enriching the hollandaise with butterkase, and using lobster meat instead of canadian bacon. Served with macerated strawberries and cream, and the official drink of brunch, mimosa.
