Another one I really love is Nando's hot sauce. it's so good, but it'd damn expensive and you do have to use a lot of it. You use as much of it as you would use mustard.

Another condiment I love is lao gan ma. That lovely chilli oil preserve that has the old chinese lady on it.

Mayo and Miracle Whip are not the same. Mayo>MW.

The only TRUE difference is that Miracle Whip has sugar in it, Mayo does not.

Other than that, they are basically the same thing.

Ive had ketchup with a kick before, it hurt.

.... hp brown sauce is best with bacon & egg, though a couple years ago there was a big fuss about brown sauce, lots of people started saying it taste different.

It turned out hp had been removing salt (probably thanks to some liberal) and it lost its famous taste, its still not the same.

I love mustard. I can put it on just about anything. I used to dip potato chips in mustard when I was a kid. Not big into dijon mustard, but plain old mustard... I just love it.

And for the sriracha fans out there. Go to Fridays and get the ahi tuna crisp things. No Brits, they aren't that type of crisp. But it's tuna, guac, and sriracha. So. Damned. Good.

Japanese mayonnaise is the best mayonnaise. Mmmm so much MSG... it's like eating pure flavour.
