I dont have a definite type but preferably I want someone who can stimulate my mind, someone who is sensible to talk with. I mean looks aside, you dont wanna sit with a person who isnt talking & who doesnt know anything going on with the world. Based on looks, I go for the norms with what they think is attractive whether he is asian, caucasian, latino, mixed etc. I know which one is attractive when I see one. I want someone as well who shares some interests with me, I mean not all, but one is enough to be more enticed with each other.
We can wish for the perfect one for us, but when we are already in a relationship we see the flaws and its inevitable. We have certain types but its not always what we exactly get.

To be pragmatic : an encyclopaedia + a man are heavier and take more space than just a man.

at this stage in my life I would settle for a guy who wasn't a complete arsehole, who found me moderately attractive enough for him to get a hard-on thinking about me and for us to have moderately good enough sex, and who had a degree of intelligence large enough to turn me on in my head as well as between my legs.
